Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be submitted if the purchased service has not yet been started or delivered. Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Non-Refundable Services

Once a consultation session has been conducted, or any form of deliverable (including reports, written recommendations, or advisory feedback) has been provided, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us via email with your order details and reason for the request. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

If a service has already been partially delivered, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund based on the portion of the service completed.

Service Issues and Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us first. We may offer revisions, clarifications, or additional support to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of future services. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.
